Shipment is free and it will take place from 3 to 45 working days depends on where in the world you located from and it also depends products availability.

90 days money back:

If the products turn out to be defective (physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage excluded) after 90 days and within 180 days since original item’s first shipment date, Customers may mail the products back to us, and the defective item will only be replaced. More details here.

Refund Policy:

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received within 90 days from the date of shipment, you can request through the contact email stated above.

You can get a return shipping fee reimbursement 20% of the item price as a freight compensation. When we receive your return, we will check the item and issue a refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after we received our confirmation on the cancelation, and the refund time may vary from different issuing banks' policies. You may call your issuing Bank to verify your refund.

 

Unauthorized Return

Items returned by post office (maybe address changed, wrong address, no one at home or other reasons) without authorization of Twirllinks can only be refunded 80% of total order. If you still need the items, you may place a new order.

180 Warranty:

All the products purchased from us within 180 days since the shipping date can enjoy our over-all product warranty. If the products cannot work functionally (excluding physical damages and damages caused by incorrect usage), We will repair the products for free or offer a replacement to the customers.

If the products cannot work properly after 180 days since shipping date, We will still help forward the item to the manufacturer for repair. But customers should cover both the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee as well as any cost incurred during the process of repair.
